Treatment That Moves You Forward

Comprehensive physical therapy services tailored to your individual needs.

Aquatic Physical Therapy is the scientific practice of physical therapy in an aquatic environment. The unique properties of the aquatic environment enhance treatments for patients across the age span with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiovascular/pulmonary, and integumentary conditions. Our full-sized heated swimming pool allows for gentle, effective rehabilitation that reduces stress on joints while building strength and mobility.

We provide comprehensive pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation for orthopedic procedures including joint replacements, ligament reconstructions, and fracture repairs. Our goal is to restore your range of motion, strength, and function so you can return to your daily activities with confidence.

Our location within the Corpus Christi Athletic Club gives us unique access to state-of-the-art gym equipment, an indoor track, and fitness studios. This allows us to provide advanced sports rehabilitation for athletes of all ages and levels — from weekend warriors to competitive athletes. We focus on sport-specific conditioning, injury prevention, and safe return to play.

Dry needling is based on neuro-anatomy and modern scientific study of the musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems. A very fine filament needle is inserted through the skin and into the deeper tissues that are considered trigger points to your pain. Dry needling works by causing a micro-lesion within the pathological tissue, breaking up shortened tissues, inhibiting a reflex arc from the nervous system to the tissue, normalizing the inflammatory response, and centrally mediating the pain. This provides an environment that enhances the body's ability to heal which ultimately reduces pain.

Package deal: 6 dry needling treatments including initial evaluation for only $400. No insurance necessary. Physical therapy referral encouraged. Refer a friend and get $20 off.

Soft tissue injuries can be debilitating and frustrating. Graston Technique is successful in effectively treating all soft tissue conditions, whether chronic, acute, or post-surgical. The non-invasive technique uses specially designed stainless steel instruments to help the clinician identify and treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation. As the instruments are moved over the affected area and come in contact with adhesions, they help break up scar tissue and fascial restrictions, restoring range of motion and eliminating associated pain.

Cupping therapy is a pain-free and comfortable technique which involves the use of negative pressure to help with inflammation, muscular tightness, trigger point release, scar tissue adhesions, and lymph drainage. The separation of underlying tissue created by the vacuum increases local blood flow to help with nourishment and removal of cellular by-products, and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system to help with relaxation of contractile tissues.

Vestibular rehabilitation is a specialized form of therapy designed to address dizziness, balance disorders, and vertigo. Through targeted exercises and manual techniques, we help retrain your vestibular system to improve stability, reduce fall risk, and restore your confidence in daily movement.

Soft tissue mobilization is a hands-on technique that addresses restrictions in muscles, fascia, and connective tissues. Our therapists use skilled manual pressure and movement to release tension, improve tissue mobility, and reduce pain.

Myofascial release is a gentle, sustained pressure technique that targets the fascial system to eliminate pain and restore motion. This approach addresses restrictions in the connective tissue that can cause discomfort and limit movement throughout the body.

Pilates-based rehabilitation focuses on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our certified Pilates instructors integrate these principles into your therapy program to improve posture, stability, and overall functional movement.

Kinesiotaping involves applying specialized elastic tape to support muscles and joints without restricting movement. This technique can reduce pain, decrease inflammation, enhance performance, and support healing during your recovery.

Falls are a leading cause of injury, particularly among older adults. Our fall prevention and balance training program is designed to identify and address the specific factors contributing to your fall risk. Through targeted strength training, balance exercises, gait training, and proprioceptive activities, we help you build the stability and confidence needed to stay active and independent. Our certified therapists create personalized programs that progress safely, helping you reduce fall risk and maintain your quality of life.

We provide specialized rehabilitation for patients with neurological conditions including Parkinson's disease, stroke recovery, multiple sclerosis, and other movement disorders. Our therapists are trained in evidence-based neurological techniques to help improve motor control, coordination, strength, and functional independence. Treatment is tailored to each patient's specific needs and may include gait training, balance work, motor re-learning, and adaptive strategies to maximize daily function and quality of life.
